Our client based in Swindon is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Mon to Fri 09.00 - 17.00 Main Duties & responsibilities – * Speaking with education providers about their IT hardware requirements (laptops, tablets and other related products) * Booking product service requests and scheduling and inputting on to the system * Managing client enquires - new client and also existing ensuring updates provided on timings and schedules * Liaising with technicians and third parties to provide updates on timescales and issues * Providing a professional and timely service between the technical team and clients Additional Duties & responsibilities – * During busy periods, you may help the team in processing area. Assisting with loading software on to laptops and tablets (training provided); applying delivery labels to outbound products Key Skills and requirements: * Professional and courteous on the phone and email * Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages * Organised and good time management * Good literacy & numeracy skills * Some basic IT knowledge Pay – £12.21 depending on experience
