Starboard Hotels, a family-owned group with 21 properties across the UK, is looking for an experienced hotel General Manager to take charge of our ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport. This contemporary hotel reopened in Spring 2024 after a multi-million-pound renovation and extension, making it a standout destination for travellers.

What makes this role special
You will not be alone in driving success. As General Manager, you will work closely with Starboard Hotels’ central support teams, who provide expertise in sales, marketing, revenue management, finance and HR. This collaborative approach ensures you have the tools and guidance to maximise performance and deliver exceptional results.

What we are looking for
* No less than five years’ experience as a General Manager in a busy hotel
* Airport hotel experience preferred
* Accor brand experience preferred
* A proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets and market your property effectively
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and mould a high-performing team
* A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
