We're on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Account Manager for an award‑winning creative and digital agency in Yorkshire with four decades of experience, a trusted reputation and a portfolio of long-standing clients. You'll need exceptional organisational skills, a passion for client relationships, and a strong understanding of social, content, and digital marketing.
If this sounds like you, join our award‑winning team.
Working across a varied portfolio of clients, we're looking for a confident, proactive and enthusiastic account manager who is organised, can plan effectively, communicate clearly, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work end‑to‑end. Someone who loves building relationships, keeping clients happy, exceeding expectations, and bringing creative ideas to life.
You'll also play a hands-on role in social content production, influencer and UGC creator management, and ecommerce content creation - supporting our clients to help them grow their online presence with smart, timely and engaging content.
The day‑to‑day
Your role will be divided into two core areas:
Account management
You'll be the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts. Responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
* Planning, scheduling and prioritising workloads for maximum efficiency
* Creating clear client briefs and translating them into actionable tasks for the studio and digital teams
* Managing expectations, timelines and budgets to deliver profitable work
* Leading end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns and projects (from first brief to final sign‑off)
* Maintaining strong, proactive relationships and ensuring clients always feel supported
* Spotting opportunities for added value, upselling and organic account growth
* Providing regular updates to the Account Director and reporting on progress
You'll be a trusted partner to your clients - someone they rely on to keep things moving, solve problems before they appear and consistently deliver great work.
Social, content and digital marketing
Working closely with our digital, creative and paid teams, you'll support and lead content activities including:
* Managing UGC creators, influencers and brand ambassadors
* Creating social media content for ecommerce brands (images, videos, short‑form reels, branded content, etc.)
* Scheduling and building content calendars across:
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit and TikTok Shop
* Supporting the development of paid social content (captions, visuals, hooks, concepts) - working with our Paid Media Manager
* Supporting the process of building Shopify websites and managing ongoing updates/maintenance
* Helping with ecommerce tasks for Amazon and eBay where required
* Writing creative copy for social media, campaigns, scripts and short‑form content
* Attending content shoots, capturing content on-site and feeling comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
* Delivering affiliate marketing activity and performance
* Optimising websites and content to appear within AI Overviews (Google's AI-generated answers)
* Monitoring content performance and producing insightful reports
* Contributing to creative ideas, proposals and multi-channel plans
This part of the role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, creative, agile, and excited about making content that actually performs.
