An ambitious and experienced Head of Geography is required to lead a thriving department in an Outstanding school in Enfield for a full-time, permanent position commencing in September or earlier if possible. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and performance of the Geography department across all Key Stages. Responsibilities * Provide strong leadership and management for the Geography department. * Develop and implement an engaging and challenging Geography curriculum across all Key Stages. * Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within the department. * Support and line manage Geography teachers, fostering their professional development. * Contribute to the wider leadership and management of the school.
