An established UK defence programme is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager to support complex, next-generation systems in service. This is a senior role focused on maximising system availability, affordability and operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver ILS across the full system lifecycle
• Develop support strategies, maintenance plans and spares models
• Drive availability, reliability and maintainability objectives
• Support predictive maintenance and in-service performance
• Work with engineering, supply chain, operations and customer teams
• Manage multiple workstreams in a regulated / safety-critical environment
Requirements:
• Strong experience in ILS / supportability / in-service support
• Background in defence, aerospace or similarly regulated engineering sector
• Excellent stakeholder management, planning and problem-solving skills
• Desirable: engineering or numerate degree
Salary & Benefits
* Base salary: circa £65,000
* Company bonus: up to 21% of base salary
* Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%
