As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.
What's the role?
In your role as an Account Manager, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrate our innovative products and software, develop 'focus' customers, and manage your sales area strategically using our CRM system, Salesforce.

What does the role involve?
* Visiting sites and customers, asking open questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating our products and software on-site.
* Developing existing customers and uncovering new business opportunities.
* Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
