This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where your ideas, energy, and commercial mindset will be genuinely valued.As Senior Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while acting as a trusted partner to operational and senior leadership teams. You’ll have the autonomy to improve processes, influence decision-making, and contribute to strategic planning.Responsibilities:
* Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
* Providing insightful analysis to drive performance and profitability
* Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting
* Supporting year-end and audit requirements
* Mentoring junior finance team members

* Part or fully qualified status (ACCA/CIMA)
* Strong management accounting experience
