Duties
Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and service excellence.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
