Pre‑Construction Mechanical Director\n£80,000–£90,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance\nCardiff Area, Permanent for a Leading Construction Sub‑Contractor\n\nA major South Wales construction sub‑contractor is seeking an experienced Pre‑Construction Mechanical Director to lead the front‑end development of major mechanical and building services packages. This is a senior strategic appointment offering significant influence over project direction, bid quality and client engagement.\n\nThe Opportunity\nYou will spearhead all pre‑construction mechanical activities, shaping bid strategies, developing technical solutions, leading tender processes and ensuring the company secures and mobilises successful, profitable projects.
