Our client, a renowned name in the Scottish Property market are looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their Edinburgh office.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in the Edinburgh or Scottish markets as you will play a crucial role in the Edinburgh office.
Our client, has a fantastic presence across the Edinburgh market and is looking for you to have an understanding of the property sector along with being able to deliver high customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties
* Negotiate and close property deals
* Be able to build rapport with buyers and sellers
* Work towards Sales targets
Qualifications
* Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record of successful sales
* Knowledge of the Edinburgh or Scottish property market.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

This role will be paying upto a £30k Basic Salary.
