The role Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our sales team's success? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our team and support the seamless execution of our sales processes. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain sales orders, contracts, order confirmations, pick lists, and other sales-related documentation. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations. Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, warehouse, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. Support the sales team on customer samples. Assist with sales forecasting. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Participate in sales meetings and provide input on strategies to drive sales growth. Skills and Abilities Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
