The successful Production Operator candidate will have a willingness to work, a good eye for detail and able to work within a fast-paced environment. The Role - Operating production machinery safely and efficiently to manufacture high-quality products to company standards Monitoring product quality throughout the production process and carrying out basic checks to ensure consistency and accuracy Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment The ideal candidate - Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous, although full training can be provided Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Flexible approach to work with a positive attitude towards learning new skills and processes Benefits - 28-day holiday.
