Your Role
* Own and resolve application support tickets quickly and accurately, keeping communication clear and users informed.
* Manage incidents, request, and problems with discipline and attention to service levels.
* Work collaboratively within project teams to roll out Microsoft Business Central across the entire business, supporting configuration, testing and change delivery.
* Oversee middleware integrations, ensuring data moves securely and reliably between platforms.
* Troubleshoot API connections, reviewing payloads, authentication, and performance to maintain stability.
* Protect data integrity across systems and take action to address discrepancies or recurring issues.
* Support structured testing, release and change activities to ensure smooth transitions into production.
* Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying process gaps and recommending smarter ways of working.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with your team.
* Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
* Make a difference every day to the customer experience.
