Overview
Forza Foods – Hygiene Line Leader at our protein site in Normanton. Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shift patterns between 6:30am and 10:30pm. Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role. Contract Type: Permanent.
Responsibilities
* To ensure cleaning procedures, practices and standards are re-evaluated in line with best practice, customer guidelines and legislation.
* To plan and organise resources to ensure that all areas of the factory are covered with the relevant skills and experience, including deep cleaning.
* To identify training needs and report to the Hygiene Trainer and Hygiene Manager where required to ensure the relevant training can be carried out.
* To help with training where required.
* Carry out chemical dosage checks.
* Carry out ATP swabs.
* To inspect lines to ensure cleaning has been carried out correctly and arrange re-cleaning if necessary.
* Ensure task sheets and other paperwork are completed accurately.
* Maintain excellent communication within the team.
* Ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues.
* Report any Health & Safety issues to the Hygiene Management.
* Stand in for Supervisors to cover holiday/absence.
