About the Role
Your main focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support dining services and assist residents with their meals. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting residents in choosing their meal options.
* Setting dining tables according to standard operating procedures.
* Keeping the front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented, removing and replenishing crockery throughout the day.
* Ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruit are accessible and replenished regularly.
* Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.
About You
To succeed, you should embody Avery's values of caring, supportiveness, honesty, respect, and accountability. Our ideal candidate will:
* Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
* Have experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel (desirable).
* Possess a basic Food Hygiene Certificate (beneficial).
* Show compassion and commitment to delivering quality culinary services to residents.
