First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor to join their team in Horsham on a permanent basis.
We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to work with a key client based in Horsham. The role is four days a week, with remote work on most days except Wednesdays, when you will need to be site-based. The role includes case management, health surveillance, and supporting Occupational Health Physicians with firefighter medicals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of employees by providing expert assessments and tailored solutions to meet the client’s needs.
* Undertake case management both over the phone and in person, producing high-quality management advice reports.
* Support the client’s employees as part of a team.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified or Registered Nurse, with a diploma or degree in Occupational Health preferred.
* RMN qualification is desirable.
* Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, especially with case management and health surveillance.
* Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
* Possession of a Part 3 registration with a postgraduate qualification is ideal.
* Registration with NMC Part 1.
