Murray Recruitment are recruiting a temporary Service Desk Administrator for our client based in West Lothian. Role Overview: This is an excellent temporary opportunity until the end of the year for a motivated and organised administrator to support a busy service desk team. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, responsible for customer support, scheduling works, and ensuring all aspects of contract administration are delivered efficiently while meeting key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: Planning and scheduling reactive maintenance works Programming and co-ordinating workloads for engineers Logging client calls and emails in a timely manner Managing service desk enquiries and ensuring prompt action is taken Raising permits and issuing RAMS as required Processing job sheets and maintaining accurate records Raising purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers Liaising with subcontractors to coordinate work schedules Updating internal systems and databases Working to tight KPIs and producing regular reports Skills & Experience: Experience in Administration and Customer Service Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Service or Contract Administration role would be advantageous Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident in using IT systems and software A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Offering: Temporary contract until the end of the year DOE per hour Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break) Weekly pay Office-based position
