Paint Team Leader Pertemps are Currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Coatings Team Leader with a strong background in manufacturing and production environments. Skilled in supervising paint line operations, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring high-quality output within strict deadlines. Proven ability to lead teams, train operatives, maintain equipment, and support continuous operational improvement. Main duties of this Paint Team Leader role: Supervise daily operations of two paint line units and oversee paint line operatives. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Establish and follow operating procedures for paint and printing machinery. Carry out equipment inspections and oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules. Report faults, malfunctions, and production issues to site management. Review completed work to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment as required. Provide training and ongoing support to new and existing team members. Support the Coatings Manager and provide cover when required. Assist wider site operations to maintain smooth production flow.
