As a Joint Venture Partner at Vision Express, you will be a shareholder responsible for the day‑to‑day running of a store, including sales, customer service and staff management.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a Vision Express store.
* Drive sales and deliver high‑quality eyecare services to customers.
* Manage and develop store staff, fostering teamwork and performance.
* Make financial decisions and manage store performance metrics.

* Have a strong business acumen and ability to manage store effectively.
* Great communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Be a team player, able to work effectively with the broader Vision Express team.
* Adaptable to a fast‑paced, constantly changing optical industry, able to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
* Committed to excellence, with passion, drive and enthusiasm to provide top service to customers and colleagues.
