About the Role
Location: Washingborough, Lincolnshire – An Caladh Adult Residential Home.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Night Life Practitioner to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist them in daily activities, accompany them on community trips, and help them live fulfilling, independent lives.
Driving a company vehicle requires a full UK driver’s licence or at least two years of driving experience in the UK.
Starting rates are £12.85 per hour for Level 1 and £13.35 for Level 2, rising to £13.85 for Level 3. Experience may qualify you for a higher rate. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework and unlock pathways to increased hourly pay.

Candidate Requirements
