A brand new trade mark support vacancy with a leading international law firm. The role will be responsible for a range of paralegal and formalities related duties including:
* Managing the IPMS and client IPMS’s
* Filing new trade mark and design applications
* Instructing foreign agents for worldwide applications
* Reporting to clients
* Handling incoming correspondence
* Recordal projects
* Processing official documentation
* Being a point of contact for clients, overseas attorneys, and IPOs
* Providing schedules and status reports to clients
* Watch notices and searches
* Invoicing and billing.
The successful individual will have at least 12 months trade mark experience and ideally hold the CITMA Paralegal Certificate.
