Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse Operative Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy warehouse environment while developing essential skills in logistics, teamwork, and operations.
Wage
£15,600 a year
£8 p/h for the first year of the apprenticeship, then rising to £nmw for the age of the apprentice after 12 months

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking deliveries
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Support with stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment
* Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised at all times
* Learn to use warehouse systems and processes to track goods
* Work with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
* Follow health & safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Skills & Qualifications:
* GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths (preferred)
* Basic IT skills
* No experience required — full training provided

Training schedule
All training will be delivered on site at the employers location.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:

* Maths (grade C/4 or above)
