Description
Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, the Interim Talent & Learning Consultant will work in a specialist role leading the design and implementation of modern, scalable development solutions that support continuous learning and high performance.
Your duties will include:
Leading the refresh and relaunch of the organisation's learning offerings and journeys for team members and managers.
Refreshing and implementing talent development frameworks, including career progression, talent reviews and high-potential development.
Conducting needs analysis and learner research to ensure relevance and impact of learning decisions.
Design approaches to management, team and professional development that reflect organisation culture and talent ambitions.
Ensure smooth transition and handover of refreshed frameworks and approaches to the Talent and Learning team and organisation stakeholders for sustained ownership.
Profile
The successful Interim Talent & Learning Consultant will have significant exposure in learning, talent or organisational development consulting roles (in-house or external). You will need to be able to demonstrate success in leading large scale learning and talent framework refreshes or redesigns.
A strong background in influencing senior stakeholders and aligning learning interventions with business priorities is essential.
Job Offer
This Fixed Term Contract position offers a salary or £70,000 - £75,000 (pro rata) plus an excellent benefits package and flexible hybrid working
