Contract term: You will work an average of 40 hours per week from April 2026 to September 2026. You will be required to work all day on home match days during this period.

Purpose of the Role:
Worcestershire County Cricket Club is seeking a reliable and proactive Dressing Room Attendant to join the Cricket Department.
The successful candidate will be vital in providing behind the scenes support on match days, ensuring dressing rooms and pavilion facilities are clean, organised, and fully prepared.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare both Home and Away changing rooms ahead of players arrival.
* Ensure all match official areas are maintained to the highest standards
* Maintain cleanliness and order of changing rooms, showers, and toilets throughout match days.
* Coordinate match-day ticket requirements for players and coaches.
* Attend to post-match requirements, including ice baths and general clean-up.
* Ensure the entire first floor of the Graeme Hick Pavilion is kept clean, tidy, and presentable.
* Responsible for locking up the first floor of the Graeme Hick Pavilion on match days.
* Dispose of waste and restock supplies as required.
* Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess the following:
Experience:
* Proven track record of being trustworthy, reliable and conscientiousness
* Demonstrable team player who thrives when working alongside others towards a common goal
* Happy to work independently when required
* Willingness to undertake physical work to maintain the facilities, including cleaning of the dressing rooms
* Being willing to work evening and weekend hours
You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK or be able to obtain this by the start date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
