Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant and Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for winning new business to managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles with support from our Resourcing team. You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs and ensure we are providing the best candidates for their roles.
Responsibilities
* Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
* Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service.
* Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and candidates.
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
* Screening candidates in order to send the right candidate for your client’s requirements.
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year 360 recruitment experience in the above sectors.
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Mapped out progression to Senior Management + Profit shares
* Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
* Commission up to 25% FLAT
* 4x Monthly cash incentives + £5k annual forecast target totalling up to £20k
* Company pension scheme.

We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our busy London team. Successful candidates will have experience in the sector with confidence in your ability to win new business. This role is a sales role, clear communication is essential with expectation of high-volume cold calling.
