Social Housing Experience Needed
Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the Surrey, Esher area who are looking for a highly skilled Residential Management Co-ordinator to join their team.
They are looking for an experienced Residential Management Co-ordinator within social housing.
Main Purpose of the job:
* To oversee and support the effective operation and performance of housing management services provided. This will include being the first point of contact within the company for the managing agent on day-to-day issues, monitoring contractor performance and liaising with tenants and various teams.
* To work with the management agent and colleagues within the Housing Service and Asset Management and Property Services (AMPS) to ensure the successful mobilisation of additional stock.
* To help with the financial administration of the managing agent contract and related matters - from arranging for payment of suppliers and overseeing timely receipt of payments from the managing agent - and liaison with finance teams, accountants and auditors as appropriate.
* To maintain the residential property database, including all property build, compliance, and stock condition reports and certificates.
* To work with the managing agent to collate and hold any customer information that is needed to deliver proactive repairs, planned improvements, or effectively manage a complaint.
* To lead on the accurate and timely collation of information required for statistical returns and reports to the Regulator of Social Housing and Housing Ombudsman Service.
