The postholder will have responsibility for the following areas: - Strategic asset management Building maintenance services Property management and insurances Grounds Maintenance and horticulture Play parks, forest parks and outdoor spaces Cemeteries and crematorium Off Street Car Parks Key Purpose of the Post: To support the Director and the Corporate Leadership Team in the strategic management of the Council contributing to the development of and ensuring the delivery of the Councils Vision, values and strategic outcomes. To provide strategic and operational leadership across this service/function area and to ensure appropriate measures are implemented to ensure efficient and effective performance management, continuous improvement and transformation of the service/function.
