Robert Half are partnering with a rapidly growing provider of integrated online media solutions to major corporate customers. Due to recent growth, the business will be increasing their headcount significantly within the next year and are now looking for a Lead Accountant to enhance and develop the core finance operations.

?? About the Position
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for:
Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring revenue and associated costs are accurately captured in line with client agreements.
Carrying out monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet items such as prepayments and accruals.
Preparing timely and accurate monthly income reconciliations for a portfolio of clients with multi-source revenue streams.
Overseeing and supporting a small team in delivering monthly client reconciliations, including regular client communication to resolve discrepancies professionally.
Performing weekly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
Supporting the preparation and submission of VAT returns across several business entities.
?? What we're looking for
Proven experience in Management Accounting with full P&L ownership.
Ideally, a background in a small to medium-sized business, with early exposure to transactional finance (preferred but not essential).
Fully qualified accountants (ACCA or CIMA) are preferred, though candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
Strong experience or interest in process improvement is highly valued.
