Role Description
Full‑time, on‑site Change & Implementation Manager role based in Swindon. Leads the planning, coordination and delivery of change initiatives and implementation projects across the Edenred PayTech platform and services. Responsibilities include defining project scopes and change plans, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across product, technology, operations, risk and compliance teams. Oversees impact assessments, business readiness activities, process mapping and documentation to support smooth go‑lives and post‑implementation stabilisation. Tracks risks and issues, reports progress to senior stakeholders and drives continuous improvement in change and implementation practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in change management, implementation management or project delivery within financial services, payments or fintech environments.
* Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management and coordination across cross‑functional teams (product, technology, operations, compliance).
* Ability to perform impact assessments, map and optimise business processes and develop change, communication and training plans.
* Experience with risk and issue management, governance and reporting to senior stakeholders or steering committees.
* Comfort working with payment platforms, transaction processing and regulated environments; understanding of FCA or EU regulatory requirements is an advantage.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and operational readiness.
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Collaborative mindset and willingness to work on‑site with local and international teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management
