Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join a dynamic Marketing and Business Development team within a professional services environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting digital profile management, onboarding coordination, administrative operations, and leadership support activities.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and updating employee profiles and content across the organisation’s website and internal systems
* Ensuring profile information is accurate, professionally presented, and aligned across digital platforms
* Managing website onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers
* Coordinating the collection of CV and profile information from new joiners
* Supporting the creation, publication, and removal of online profiles
* Organising professional photography sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, and coordination with external suppliers
* Managing administrative processes relating to budgets, invoices, and supplier coordination
* Supporting ad‑hoc website administration and digital marketing tasks
* Coordinating onboarding activities and induction arrangements for new team members
* Providing administrative support to senior leadership, including diary management, expenses, and travel coordination
* Supporting wider marketing and business development activities where required
Requirements
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

* Professional and confident communication skills
* Strong written communication and content handling abilities
* The ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
* Confidence using online systems, digital tools, and administrative platforms

* A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work
Experience
* Approximately 1–2 years’ experience within an office‑based or professional environment
* Previous experience within professional services, legal, marketing, or corporate environments is advantageous but not essential
