Offer description

Location: North London (Hybrid)

Contract: Short-term, 3 months (with potential extension)

Reports to: Head of Growth

Works with: Founder, Growth Consultant

Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast scaling direct to consumer brand and help shape influencer marketing strategy from the ground up. We’re looking for a trend-savvy, self‑starter who is ready to accelerate their marketing career at a company with strong product‑market fit and ambitious growth plans. This 3‑month contract role offers the path to a full‑time Influencer Manager position for the right candidate.

About Nikura

Nikura is one of the UK’s leading aromatherapy e‑commerce brands. Founded in 2016, Nikura creates and manufactures high‑quality essential oils, fragrance oils, carrier oils and diffusers to promote well‑being, support relaxation and enable creativity.

Since the brand’s inception, Nikura has brought high quality oils and scents to millions of customers, ranging from aromatherapy users, beauty enthusiasts and SMEs making candles and soaps. Today, Nikura is on a fast growth trajectory, driven by exceptional product quality, a first‑class customer experience and competitive market positioning.

Role overview

You’ll be responsible for executing Nikura’s gifting‑led influencer strategy; identifying and reaching out to potential creators, managing product seeding logistics, tracking posts and engagement, and maintaining clear reporting. This role is about building momentum and testing influencers as a channel, not running large‑scale paid campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and the Founder to:

* Source and onboard 50–100 micro‑influencers per month (20K–100K followers)
* Manage all outreach, gifting coordination and tracking
* Build an early data set on content quality, engagement and post rates
* Support creative repurposing by flagging top‑performing assets for whitelisting

Key responsibilities

Influencer sourcing & outreach

* Identify relevant creators (Instagram first; optional TikTok testing) aligned with the Misti and Nikura brand
* Use Archive (for discovery) and Mixmax (for outreach automation and tracking)
* Personalise outreach and follow‑ups to maximise acceptance and post rate

Gifting management

* Coordinate product gifting and logistics with Nikura’s fulfilment team
* Ensure personalised elements (e.g. handwritten notes, packaging) are included in each shipment
* Maintain a master tracker of gifted influencers, shipment dates and posting status

Tracking & reporting

* Monitor gift‑to‑post rate and engagement metrics weekly
* Tag and catalogue content for potential paid whitelisting use
* Share a concise performance summary every month (post rate, engagement, notable assets)

Cross functional coordination

* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to repurpose influencer content for Meta ads
* Liaise with customer service and e‑commerce teams for fulfilment, codes and returns if needed
* Support the development of a long‑term influencer playbook based on test learnings

Required skills & experience

* Up to 2 years’ experience in influencer coordination, brand partnerships or social media
* Strong understanding of D2C, content and creator culture (Instagram essential)
* Highly organised and comfortable managing high‑volume outreach
* Clear written communication and attention to detail
* Experience using influencer tools (Archive, Mixmax, Aspire, Grin or similar)
* Ability to track engagement metrics and maintain reporting accuracy

Desirable

* Experience in wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands
* Knowledge of Meta Ads and UGC/whitelisting workflows
* Experience managing creators in both paid and organic/gifting contexts

Contract details

* Term: 3 months (initial contract; potential to extend based on results)
* Start: November/December 2025 (immediate availability preferred)
* Commitment: Full Time

Success in this role means

* 100+ influencers sourced and contacted within 3 months
* ≥25–30% gift‑to‑post rate achieved
* Library of 50+ new content assets created and tagged for use
* Early performance data ready to inform Q1 2026 influencer scaling plan
