You are adept in using IT systems and have a strong understanding of administrative processes, which enables you to offer creative and efficient solutions to improve service delivery. What the Job Involves This role involves delivering a comprehensive business support service across various areas, such as data management, finance processing, and meeting arrangements. You will maintain and update IT systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability, support statutory returns, and assist the Business Support Team Leader in achieving key objectives. The job requires flexibility to work across services, balancing competing priorities, and adapting quickly in emergency situations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. You will also contribute to improving processes and integrating Council values and regulations into work programs.
