You must have knowledge of horses and be comfortable being around them (any level of experience is acceptable). This is a physical role, requiring energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. You should be willing to learn, committed to the job, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. The apprentice will support everyday yard duties including: Mucking out grooms Tacking up for lessons Filling up (tack, feed etc.) Grooming horses Clipping as required Working hours are between Monday–Friday 8 am–12 pm, or Saturday 8 am–2 pm No accommodation available Training All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach. Qualifications required GCSE Level 4/ Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.
