Job Role: To provide administration support to all areas of the business Handling telephone and face to face enquiries Collecting documents Taking incoming and outbound calls to relevant person Taking messages Dealing with clients and enquiries Filing Reception cover Typing up documents Data entry Desired skills Have good clear telephone voice Be IT literate able to use email, Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and will be required to learn to use bespoke estate agency software Be organised with paperwork and person tasks list Write legibly on forms, diary, notes etc Personal qualities The person should be of smart appearance Be a team player, yet have the confidence to work on own initiative Be punctual on a day to day basis Always willing to learn more Desired qualifications GCSE's grade 9 - 4 / AC (or equivalents) in Maths and English are preferred but not essential Future prospects Possible opportunity to progress onto a Higher Level Apprenticeship Permanent full-time job Things to consider Travel - Make sure you can actually travel on a day to day basis to work.
