Job Description
1. Oversee all phases of mixed-use construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
2. Manage subcontractors, bid leveling, buyouts, and project takeoffs.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
4. Monitor site progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
5. Prepare reports and communicate updates to the VP of Construction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
6. Experienced Builder - 5-10 years managing multi-level, mixed-use construction projects, with proven success delivering complex phases.
7. Technical Acumen - Skilled in estimating, takeoffs, buyouts, bid leveling, and subcontractor management; comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools.
8. Leadership & Ownership - Self-starter who thrives on-site, drives schedules, and ensures quality while reporting to VP of Construction.
9. Ethics & Reliability - High moral compass, honest, and dependable; values integrity and teamwork above all.
10. Adaptable & Committed - Willing to work occasional Saturdays, meet 7:30-4:30 schedule, and grow into managing projects independently across Westchester/CT.
11. Local Presence - Resides within one hour of White Plains for consistent on-site engagement.
