Their needs in the team at the moment are ideally around the 3-6yrs PQE mark, so Solicitors and Associates, but they are fairly open-minded and can certainly look at Senior Associate level candidates as well, perhaps if you’re already Bristol based and feel you need a new challenge at this point in your career. The work has genuine variety, both contentious and non-contentious and both public sector and private sector (including for blue-chip household name commercial clients). You will work closely under a very experienced and high energy, ambitious Partner, so the opportunities for career progression within the wider department are excellent.
