A well-established and growing law firm based in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Private Family Law Solicitor to join its busy and expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle high-quality privately funded work within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, providing clear, pragmatic advice while delivering a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction to conclusion
* Advising on divorce, financial remedy, and separation matters
* Handling private children law matters, including child arrangements
* Drafting legal documents, including applications and consent orders
* Representing clients in court hearings and negotiations
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
* Maintaining high levels of client care and confidentiality
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* Experience in private family law
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* A professional and empathetic approach
