Base pay range
Salary: £27,031 - £31,318 per annum (depending on experience)

What the job is about
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our team as a Schools Liaison Officer. The function of the Schools Liaison team is to positively promote NSCG, drive student recruitment, and provide a point of contact for all College school relations in the Staffordshire region and beyond. You will be a brand ambassador, professional and confident with excellent networking and presentation skills.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with staff in local schools and careers services.
* Respond to the needs of schools to position NSCG as the college of first choice for potential students.
* Assist with organisation and delivery of college information and advice events, including large-scale Open Events and Virtual Open Events (evenings or Saturday mornings).
* Assist the team in developing, coordinating, and promoting subject-specific activities (including large subject-specific taster events for school pupils) to raise awareness of full-time courses and apprenticeships.
Required Skills and Experience
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a close-knit department; a positive team player contributing to ongoing success.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.
* Must have access to own vehicle and ability to travel to schools across the region.
