About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Housekeeper / House Manager to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across a 9‑apartment property. The role includes apartment changeovers, communal area upkeep, linen management, and being on‑call to assist guests should any issues arise during their stay.
Key Duties
1. Clean and prepare apartments after guest check‑out
2. Complete ad‑hoc mid‑stay cleans when booked
3. Manage linen, towels, and cleaning supplies
4. Maintain communal areas (hallways, stairwells, entrances)
5. Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
6. Provide friendly, in‑person guest assistance when required
7. Be available on‑call to respond to guest issues or emergencies
What We’re Looking For
8. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
9. High attention to detail and pride in presentation
10. Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently
11. Friendly, professional manner with good communication skills
12. Physically able to carry out cleaning duties
13. Flexible and dependable, including on‑call availability
Hours
14. Typically 1–3 changeovers per day (up to 5 during peak periods)
15. Each changeover takes approximately 1–1.5 hours
