An Outstanding Secondary School & Sixth Form in Ilford, East London is looking for a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant (Physics) to join their high-achieving Science Department immediately.
The Role:
* Support students in Physics and General Science across Key Stages 3–5
* Assist experienced Science teachers in delivering engaging, practical lessons
* Provide 1:1 and small-group intervention to help raise attainment
* Gain invaluable classroom experience before progressing to teacher training
* Opportunity to join a salaried teacher training programme (starting September 2026) leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
The Candidate:
* Recent Physics graduate with a minimum 2:1 or First-Class degree
* Passionate about Science and education
* Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to work with young people
* Aspiring teacher seeking hands-on experience in a supportive school
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
