The post is for permanent healthcare assistant with full time hours available. The post holder will support the trained nurse and other health care professionals in the delivery of the highest standard of patient focused care. They will assist in improving the quality of the fundamental aspects of Health and Social Care for individuals who are acutely or chronically ill, frail or disabled. Main duties of the job To assist the registered nurse in running busy Outpatient Clinics and ensure patient care is the focal point of all work delivered. To undertake delegated duties related to patient care that contributes to the ongoing support of patients including chaperoning patients in their appointments and organising paperwork, ensuring the smooth running of the busy clinics. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
