Teaching Personnel is working with a range of inclusive schools in Brent to recruit experienced and resilient Behaviour SEN Teaching Assistants. This is a vital role supporting pupils with additional social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH), helping them engage in learning and develop the tools to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
This full-time role involves one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH, autism (ASD), ADHD, and challenging behaviour, either in mainstream or specialist SEN settings.

The Role:
* Provide targeted support to pupils with behaviour challenges and social, emotional needs

* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
About You:
* Experience supporting children with SEMH, behaviour needs, or SEND is essential
* Calm, resilient, and able to build positive relationships under pressure
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
