Purpose of the Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in delivering effective digital marketing campaigns as part of the wider UK marketing initiative. You will support the testing, development, implementation, tracking, and optimisation of digital activity across all channels to:
* Drive traffic to the HSO UK website and increase site engagement
* Improve engagement and following across HSO's social media channels
* Increase performance of PPC channels
* Support the successful delivery and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across the UK market
Reporting Line
This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
Job Function / Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support the delivery of UK marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the UK Marketing Plan.
* Align with Group Marketing on digital marketing initiatives to ensure consistency and maximise campaign impact.
* Oversee all digital platforms including websites, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
* Manage the social media calendar, ensuring content is populated and updated daily.
* Manage and update content on the UK website using the Content Management System (CMS).
* Implement paid digital advertising across LinkedIn and Google.
* Ensure SEO is maximised across the HSO UK website.
* Analyse HSO's competitors’ digital positioning and approach.
* Record, edit, and produce podcasts and videos, including case studies and event footage.
* Report on campaign performance using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
* Ensure all digital campaigns are tracked appropriately using Google Tag Manager, UTMs, etc.
* Review and amend existing website content to ensure it remains up to date.
* Work with third‑party agencies when required to support campaign delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience or strong interest in marketing communications and campaign coordination.
* Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., email automation, CRM) beneficial.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role.

Location
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home combined with office collaboration as required.
Hours
Normal office hours are 09:00 to 18:00 (with one hour for lunch).
