Associate Customer Services Advocate – Early Career Opportunity

We're partnering with a global tech giant whose products power some of the world's largest businesses. They're looking for an Associate Customer Services Advocate to join their team.

What you'll do:
* Support new customer onboarding and ensure a smooth experience
* Build trusted relationships across customer teams (engineering, operations, procurement)
* Coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and resolve issues efficiently
* Provide data-driven insights to improve customer value
* Support sales with renewals and upsell opportunities
* Prepare reports and maintain regular stakeholder communication
What you will need:
* Degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
* Confident with MS Office (Excel in particular); knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is an advantage
This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional (12–18 months' experience ideally within telecoms) to grow in a global, complex environment with excellent career prospects.
