HammondCare are actively seeking an experienced System Support Partner to support Residential Aged Care – to be based at St Leonards on a Full-Time basis.
About The Role
The System Support Partner works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare by maximising the value derived from supporting platforms that impact residential care services. This role collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and transformational initiatives across residential services, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology and supporting platforms.
Working closely with IT Systems Administrators and the Residential Operations Team, the Systems Support Partner contributes to problem-solving and the development of system enhancements that align with service delivery needs.
Essance Of The Role
* Work closely with the General Manager, Transformation and Integration to lead consultations with Residential Operations to support ongoing enhancements system platforms, technology innovations and embedding best practice.
* Consult with residential teams to identify opportunities for implementing new technology solutions to streamline processes and improve data collection by optimising workflows to allow frontline teams to prioritise resident-focused activities.
* Maintain high level of knowledge of Leecare and other supporting system platform functionalities, including product roadmaps and emerging developments to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
* Work closely with the IT Team to support software upgrades - from influencing vendor roadmaps and product development to testing, implementation, documentation and development of user training artefacts.
* Provide application configuration support and troubleshoot issues related to supporting platform applications to ensure seamless system functionality. Develop, maintain and oversee protocols and procedures for platform support, while contributing to the creation and refinement of training resources.
About You
* Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
* Qualification in health, IT or business-related discipline
* Experience in Aged Care or similar industry is highly desirable
* Demonstrates strong initiative and an ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to travel to all residential sites
* Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices
* Understanding of Aged Care, in particular the residential services environment
* Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Experience with information system troubleshooting
* Demonstrated skill in developing automated business systems and processes
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Reporting Services
* Demonstrates understanding and experience with integration technologies
* Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, data reporting & analytics
* Ability to run design/scoping sessions
* Strong ability to communicate and translate technical information to a non-technical audience both verbally and in writing
