Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic group. With a strong presence across the UK, Tetra Tech delivers innovative mechanical and electrical engineering solutions across sectors such as Healthcare, Education,mercial, and Defence. Their Leicester office plays a key role in delivering high-impact projects both regionally and nationally.
Your new role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the design and delivery of building services projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality electrical engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in the design of electrical systems from concept through topletion
2. Producing design calculations, specifications, and technical drawings
3. Supporting senior engineers with site surveys and construction stage duties
4. Collaborating with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines
5. Ensuring designsply with current regulations and sustainability standards
6. Participating in project meetings and contributing to technical discussions
7. Developing your skills with support from senior engineers and mentors
What you'll need to succeed
8. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
9. Experience working on building services projects within a consultancy or contractor environment
10. Familiarity with relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Relux, and Amtech
11. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
12. A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
13. Full UK driving licence (preferred)
