So, if your experience doesn't quite match the specification, we'd still really love to hear from you### Your new roleAs our new Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial part in the smooth functioning of DFS's financial processes, ensuring that payments are processed accurately and on time while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. As part of a friendly and welcoming team, we offer flexible hybrid working.### What you'll be doing* Processing invoices for the group by following company procedures* Reconciliation of supplier statements and escalation point for query resolution* Responsible for clearing aged invoices and managing the timely processing of unapproved invoices* Point of contact for queries and escalations for Suppliers, supported by Senior members of the team* To support Senior team members of the team as and when necessary with ad hoc tasks* Prioritisation of workload effectively throughout the day to ensure all requirements are met### The role is for you if...* You have strong communication (written and verbal) skills* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy* Time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines* Experience of the process and principles of Accounts Payable within the Finance department* Computer literate* Good working knowledge on Open Accounts (desired but training will be given) or a similar accounts payable system### DFS Benefits* Competitive Pay based on experience* Company Car* Potential Annual Bonus Scheme: Contribute to our success and get rewarded for it* Growth and Training: Learn new skills and develop your career with us* Leave: Enjoy a great holiday allowance, with the option to buy 5 extra days.
