The Role: Lead and coordinate intervention strategies within a designated Learning Hub for KS3 students Deliver structured 1:1 and small group interventions focused on behavioural, emotional, and social development Support students with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges in a nurturing and consistent manner Develop and manage behaviour and emotional support plans, monitoring progress and adapting interventions where required Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and teaching staff to implement positive behaviour strategies across the school Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage student engagement, resilience, and personal growth We’re looking for someone who: Has experience supporting young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs, particularly within Key Stage 3 Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and de-escalation techniques Is confident, proactive, empathetic, and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners Has strong communication and relationship-buildin...
