Responsibilities
* Conduct diagnostic assessment for adults who are believed to need an assessment for autism.
* Gather and coordinate information to determine whether a person has a diagnosis of autism, identify relevant traits, and advise on best ways to manage their future.
* Use expertise to educate, advise and consult with the wider workforce and other agencies, improving services for autistic people across multiple communication platforms.
* Deliver workplace workshops across the CWP footprint (Wirral, Cheshire West and Cheshire East).
* Participate in face‑to‑face assessments and follow‑up appointments at our local Autism Hub in Macclesfield, while maintaining a hybrid working arrangement based primarily at Eastway.
Location and Working Arrangements
The official base is at Eastway. The role offers hybrid working with some face‑to‑face assessments and follow‑up appointments in Macclesfield, and the expectation to deliver workshops across the CWP footprint.
