Document Controller Role - PROCORE
Location: Warwickshire
Full Time, Fully site based
Permanent basis
Site Construction experience is essential
They use Procore
You will report directly to a Director and will look after the following;
* Acting as the lead interface for the internal and (if relevant) clients external document control system
* Ensure all project documentation is stored and up to date on the internal document control system (Enterprise)
* Ensure all relevant documentation is uploaded to the client's document control system, maintaining up to date, organised and tidy folders and supersede old documents with new revisions
* Ensure a document tracker is created and kept up to date for all documents submitted to the Client/ Principal Contractor
* Filing Drawings and all other relevant Temporary Works documents
